Supriyo Dutta is one of the young bright lights of Indian Classical Music.
An enthralling and exciting vocalist, he has trained under the distinguished and respected gurus Pandit Ramakrishna Basu and Vidushi Subhra Guha. He has also received guidance from Pandit Vijay Kichlu, a venerated singer, educator and impresario who has mentored several generations of India’s finest classical musicians. Dutta has performed widely throughout India, Australia, the United States and Europe. A gifted teacher, he has given singing classes and workshops around the world as well.

The concert and workshop will both include a brief sonic meditation featuring harmonic singing by Timothy Hill. Hill is one of the pioneers in the Western tradition of harmonic (overtone) singing. He has sung David Hykes and the Harmonic Choir, Baird Hersey and Prana, and others.
