Jasmine Jordaan will be teaching Divine Yoga which is a form of gentle yoga incorporating self care and other practices to connect our hearts and minds to our divine nature. Class includes gentle adjustments, reiki energy and essential oils.
Jasmine has been practicing yoga for over thirty years and is a certified yoga teacher from Shakti Yoga in Woodstock. Jasmine is also a Reiki master and incorporates reiki and gentle adjustments into her classes.
9:30 Tuesday Mornings and 3 pm Thursday afternoons
$15 per class payable at the door.
