And as this series continues to deepen and evolve in a good way, I am joined by a new collaborator, freshly returned from her travels in the Himalayas, the wonderful community sound facilitator, Sophia Bruun!
So in this liminal time, as the sun’s light fades past dusk into the night sky, we will gather in the Matagiri yoga hall, to journey towards coherence and stillness through a full immersion into a harmonic spectrum of sound and color. Live instrumentation and voices melting into tonal drone-scapes, tuned metals intertwining, and echoed memories of nature’s songs will flow freely together…as we are held in a cloud of subtly shifting colorful light.
We have some yoga mats available, but if you have any mats, blankets or pillows you feel comfortable bringing, please do so.
Please allow time to arrive 5-15minutes prior to the start time, as placement in the room is first-come, first-serve…and it is helpful for you and those around you to settle into our shared stillness.
Tickets can be booked online via the link below. If any day-of spots are available, they can be purchased at the door. There will be 30 spaces available for these offerings, as physical space is limited when lying down comfortably w/out crowding. Please note that the last Sunset Session did fill up.
