BodySong & Color Palette: Yoga/Nourishment/Sound Healing Retreat

BodySong

A full day of immersive sensory experiences and contemplative practices, including deep listening, yoga movement and breath, sound healing, and gathering around an exquisite plant-forward feast.

Yoga and meditation guided by Lea Bender, sound and listening with Katie Down and food by Lauren Tanchum.

COLOR PALATE

A new “after hours” immersive sonorium and food experience. Experience color at the crossroads of our many senses.

Chef Lauren Tanchum invites you on a terpene tasting journey, exploring the aromatic compounds that give plants their distinctive scents and flavors and can also influence how we feel.

Inside the sonorium, Adam Taylor layers tones, resonant instruments, and slowly shifting hues inviting you to notice how sound and color are felt in the body. Seated or reclining, arrive, soften, and receive.
