During this full-day art journey, participants will engage in a variety of nature-based art making to discover both personal and collective links between earth, body, mind, heart, spirit.
The day will include a mindful walk in nearby nature, guided meditation, individual and collaborative artmaking, movement, writing, as well as sharing.
Through a creative redefinition of the art media we consume and use, there will be an invitation to process themes such as impermanence, cycles, grounding, and gratitude.
In this creative ceremony of an open presence, we will also leave space for the unexpected, for the art to surprise and reflect back to us what we all need to see!
