Aviram Rozin, founder of the Sadhana Forest in Auroville, will give a presentation about his work Sunday June 2nd at 2 pm at Matagiri in Mount Tremper.
Aviram has received thousands of interns in Auroville, South India, studying permaculture and sustainable living. For years they have been living off the grid and restoring the forest. Their vision is to create a “forest to grow people”.
Aviram is on his way to Anse-a-Pitre in Haiti where they have been working for three years to restore native species providing food for the local people. Their work is the subject of a new film:
