Tarun Bhattacharya is one of India’s most exciting performers. His mastery of complex rhythms and playful “dialogues” make his concerts a true delight. Tarun was chosen by Ravi Shanker to perform on the “Chants of India” album produced by George Harrison.

Tarun will be accompanied by Anirban Roy Chaudhuri on tabla, a disciple of Ustad Alla Rakha and Zakir Hussain. Anirban has accompanied many of India’s top maestros including Hariprasad Chaurasia, Vishwa Mohan Bhatt and Shahid Parvez.
