  YOU\nBODY SONG is a one and a half day deep dive into sensory immersion a
 nd mindfulness practices through yoga\, sound\, meditation and communal ve
 gan meals prepared beautifully by chef Lauren Tanchem. Our evening program
  on Friday focuses on gentle yoga\, sound meditation and a multi-course co
 mmunal gourmet vegan dinner. Then\, on Saturday\, we'll be guided by Lea B
 ender in gentle yoga and breath in the morning\, followed by voice work an
 d sound with Katie Down and then a beautiful and luxurious lunch prepared 
 by Chef Lauren. Afterwards\, guests will be guided on a forest sound walk 
 with Katie after lunch to explore the senses of sight\, sound\, touch and 
 smell. We close the day with restorative yoga and a sound bath. The whole 
 weekend will enliven\, restore\, and rejuvenate!  We hope you'll join us 
 for this intimate\, fun\, experiential and deeply nourishing deep dive int
 o the body\, mind and spirit. You can book for Friday or Saturday or both.
