 Sound and Light Journeys. In keeping with the ever evolving process\, this
  offering is a little different:\n\nCumulus - Co-Sonic Somatics\nA synthes
 ized sound and light journey which harnesses the power of technology to cu
 ltivate a profound sonic and somatic group meditation. Through the use of 
 live instrumentation\, guided mediation\, ecstatic poetry\, live looping\,
  field recordings and synchronized lights\, Cumulus weaves a vessel of pre
 sence and transformation built upon ancient techniques and woven with mode
 rn accelerators. At once relaxing and activating\, experience this unique 
 blend of ecstatic technologies old and new\, within a container which reju
 venates\, inspires\, and resources. Welcome to all.\nWe have some yoga mat
 s available\, but if you have any mats\, blankets or pillows you feel comf
 ortable bringing\, please do so.\nPlease allow time to arrive 5-15minutes 
 prior to the start time\, as placement in the room is first-come\, first-s
 erve…and it is helpful for you and those around you to settle into our s
 hared stillness.\nTickets can be booked online via the link below. If any 
 day-of spots are available\, they can be purchased at the door. There will
  be 30 spaces available for these offerings\, as physical space is limited
